[GNC] How to import MT940 and/or online banking missing in 5.5

Our packages (Windows, Macos, Flatpak) include AqBanking. Only Linux and 
similar users mihgt have to install it separatly.

No, the setup serves to configure bank connections, e.g. your paypal 
account.

There is only a small paragraph in the manual:

In your case the trace file
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile
could contain a clue.
