[GNC] blank reports

Most reports have effective dates. For each report you have coming up 
blank, check/confirm that the effective dates are correct. If perhaps 
you had been using report settings that indirectly piked up the dates 
(like "current year") rerun the report with EXPLICIT dates (you can use 
Edit=>report to set explicit dates -- see if that doesn't change the 
blank report.
