[GNC] GnuCash 5.9 on macOS 15.2 Dev Beta

I think it’s mostly an Apple problem too but the reporter on bug 799463 included an error message that I'd missed and that led to a potential workaround. I've packaged Gnucash-Arm-5.9-2.dmg. You can download it from https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20%28stable%29/5.9/Gnucash-Arm-5.9-2.dmg/download and the SHA is df9d99afee94039f377e2b4a5b385ba0065fc25d86f3314054fade661f057d61. Please test and report if it works for you.
