[GNC] Postpone Reconciliation

This is just my experience.  The only difference I see between CANCEL 
and POSTPONE is that anything you checked as cleared will stay checked 
with POSTPONE but will revert back to prior condition on a CANCEL.
Otherwise they appear to behave the same.
