If it is greyed out, it normally means that price quote is not installed or it is not able to access the same. Can you try reinstalling the quote module and check

I'm running gnucash 5.9. The "Get Online Quotes" button in the Price
Database was working but is not grayed out. Any ideas on how to restore the
online quotes?
