If it's the only way you use it, not a problem. But I'm often switching 
between local::lib and sudo installs with PERL5LIB getting changed.

That's an odd one. It could be something in Pod-Parser's makefile. And 
if I recall, OSX won't let you install under /usr/bin even with root privs.

I really want to find out what change in F::Q a few years back made the 
amount of dependencies explode.
