[GNC] GNC 5.9 - Loss of suggestions when completing customer/vendor name?

It still works in 5.9 for me. 

When this happens to me it is usually because I am not in the account where the previous transaction was. e.g. I am trying to enter a Cash transaction with a lot of history, but it doesn't suggest them. Then I realize, I am in one of the bank accounts rather than Cash.
