[GNC] transaction register date-picker pop-up box is transparent, makes choosing dates cumbersome.

Thank you for the fast response. I had searched the bug list, user mail and
a couple forums. I guess my search terms were not conducive for success.
Changing my theme did indeed fix the issue. I was using the same theme as
the person in the bug report.

The issue for me is that the mx-comfort theme works best for all the apps
(except this GnC issue) that I use and changing the theme results in visual
difficulties depending on the app.
 I spent a couple days in the source code but I am not good enough at it to
figure out the GTK Widget id/name(s) so I can possibly compensate for the
theme shortcoming by using the gtk-3.0.css route.
