[GNC] comma instead of dot

Dear all,

since I move mein PC from Windows to Kubuntu 24.04.1 the currency 
settings aren't shown in the correct form.

Now it is 1,000.00 and I need 1.000,00. On my notebook also with Kubuntu 
24.04.1 it works as expected. The gnucash file is located on a NAS.
The local setting are correct to Germany, with the correct number format 
and currency.
What I did. I forced a save for the local setting and checked the 
gnucash file settings.
The version of gnucash is 5.9 flathub.

Any Idea
