[GNC] Could not obtain the lock for **GnuCash-datafilestring**

If you improperly close Gnucash it will leave behind a lock file, which
Gnucash takes to mean that Gnucash already running -- Gnucash does not support
multiple concurrent instances using the same datafile and checks for this
case. Improperly closing Gnucash happens when you do something like shutdown
MS-Windows while Gnucash is still running -- DON'T DO THAT. *Always* cleanly
exit Gnucash before logging out / shutting down your computer. (I know
MS-Windows users have been "trained" not to exit applications. And I have
seen applications that lack any sort of "exit" option. Dumb. Really Dumb.)
Generally, you can select "Open Anyway". But it is best to avoid this by
properly exiting Gnucash: File=>Exit.
