[GNC] Showing account totals as of today

Not sure if this was mentioned or not but in COA windows, you can add additional "Total" columns that has different types of total amount. Selection is made by clicking the down arrow at the end of the heading line (the one that has the text "Account Name" in it) and putting a check mark by clicking the type of total you want to see in COA windows.

FWIW, the "Present" value is also displayed in the footer of the account register. As someone else noted, the register also includes by default a thick blue line to separate past entries from future ones.
