Sure. Look at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges to see what’s been changed recently.

Does that mean that any particular page is regularly updated? Nope. But it’s a wiki. If you’re motivated to update some of it, request an account (be sure to say something about what you want to do so we know you’re not a bot) and have at it.

That appears to be for a BoA proprietary REST API for corporate customers.  I don’t see any documentation that you could use to write a GnuCash companion program. It certainly has nothing to do with OFX DirectConnect.
