[GNC] Testing Scheduled Transactions

The Since Last Run druid can produce a register view of the results of it's
operation. That is the place to review transaction s to see if they meet
your expectations or to edit estimated values if corrected values are
available.
The overall workflow is not ideal for all users and there are some requests
for enhancement already posted in Bugzilla but I am not not at my computer
to look them up.
