[GNC] Credit card reconciliation shows wrong total

Record an adjustment transaction for the difference.
I’d also have a visit with my bank branch manager along the lines of “this is a small amount and in my favor, but on principle there should be no magic changes, no matter for how small, in my balance without a corresponding transaction on the statement. This indicates a failure of this bank’s accounting controls. What are you going to do to fix it?
