[GNC] FW: GNUCash Ver 5.5 & 5.11 - Parse error wgen opening GNUCASH File

The error is complaining about the URL, e.g., the file path, not the 
file format.  One think you may want to try is to change the file name 
or path so it won't contain any blank or special chars.
