[GNC] Enhancement Request - Filter Reports

A couple of years ago extensive transaction report filter proposals were
made that were ultimately not adopted. I'd like request the following
specific proposals:

   1. Enable all transactions/splits to be shown with appropriate
   heading(s), including those excluded by the Filter Options
   2. Extend filtering to all reports, especially Balance Report and Profit
   and Loss Report
