[GNC] Possible bug - Gnucash 5.12 - Stock accounts

Hello.

After upgrading to 5.12 from 5.11 my stock accounts are showing a comma in
the quantity field of stock accounts. See screenshot:

Reverting back to 5.11 eliminates this problem.

Testes in Windows 11 and Windows 10.
