[GNC] Strange behavior when reconciling credit card account, version 5.12

I'm not in front of my computer right now, but I am pretty sure that's always how it's been. Instead of changing the statement date, just deselect the transactions that haven't cleared. That is the very definition of the reconciliation process, after all.
