[GNC] FeatureRequest: Larger Notes field in Edit Account window

Hi GnuCash Team,

I have a suggestion for improving the "Edit Accounts" window.
Currently, when increasing the window size, the "Parent Account" field
expands, but the "Notes" section remains relatively small. It doesn't
make a lot of sense because Parent Accounts can be a small expandable
list.

I use the "Notes" field extensively to store account-related
information, and with many accounts, it becomes difficult to scroll
through long entries. It would be much more efficient if the "Notes"
section could be resized when adjusting the window size. If possible,
it might make sense to reduce the size of the "Parent Account"
hierarchy (if needed) to provide more space for the "Notes" section.

This would make managing accounts more user-friendly, especially for
those of us with detailed notes.

Steps to Reproduce: (Windows) Right click on any account in the main
window --> Click "Edit Accounts" --> Resize the window and you see
'notes' section doesn't resize but 'parent account' section does.
