[GNC] Transaction Report Problems

I am using v5:12 and want to print a transaction report showing the
complete split of a transaction.
I have tried in display to change from detail level one transaction per
line to Multi line.
The drop down box does not appear to be working.
I have the ledger set to Basic ledger. I have tried the other options but
to no avail.
Any help please.
