[GNC] Debit/Credit

Why does he need to know about credit or debit? Other cashbook programs
make it easy for users without this complication.

There's the theory and the practice. Follow the tutorial then repeat with
his data. Worst case he reverses the first few transactions, sees it after
running a report, then has to swap them around.
