[GNC] “Rate” column

Yep; I've seen that column as well. I don't know what it's for (your idea
of exchange rate may be correct), but it is a zero-width column normally.
You can collapse it and then not be bothered by it. I think you select the
column to the right of "Rate" and drag it to the left to make it disappear.
