[GNC] GnuCash Delays on KB Input

For what it's worth, I'm using GC 4.14 under Windows 10 and 11 (laptop
and desktop). I don't see anything like the delays you mention.

In particular, switching between tabs is instantaneous. Opening or
closing tabs is instantaneous. Ditto switching from one transaction to
another, popping up a report, doing a Find in all accounts (from the
Accounts tab).

I think something must be going on with your machine to cause the delays
you mention, but I'm afraid I don't have any idea where to start looking.
