[GNC] Mutual Fund "Merger"

I would do it the same way in which you transfer cash...
You sell 282.287 shares for $XYZ of the old ("acquired") fund, and you
purchase 170.991 shares of the new fund for $XYZ (the dollar amounts should
be the same).
This is what I've done when moving funds from one brokerage firm to another.
