[GNC] Gnucash 5.13 not saving Chart of Account preferences

I saw this bug:

and I'd like to confirm that this is happing to me too. I'm on Fedora 43,
I'm pretty sure there's no problem with permissions.
Never had problem before with visualization options, but with version 5.13
I cannot save anything.
