[GNC] Gnucash-5.13 don't start: missing clock_gettime32

Sorry, using gnucash since over 10 years, always well thank you
but 5.13 I get the same problem with win11
first make an update, it's not running
than i deinstalled gc with system and install new, the problem ist the same

i installed nightfly

but the problem ist the same

I try to go back to gc5.12
