[GNC] Last window opened was report

Mike What operating system are you using, what version of GnuCash and
which report.

I can close GnuCash 5.13 on Linux Mint with a Balance Sheet report open
and it opens again with any account registers I had previously
displayed opened and the report displayed as I would expect.

If you exit GnuCash using the X in the upper RH side of the Window and
not using the menue File->Quit option it may not delete the LCK file in
the directory which contains your data file. In that case you can
select the OPen ANyway option in the dialogue that comes up on startup.
I have been getting this even using the File->Quit option. I think this
was already a reported bug in 5.13 but will check .
