[GNC] Fidelity and OFX format

Below is the full response I am getting back from them; not much of detailed (looks like a firewall blocking rather than the app layer blocking) .... I am/was using https://ofx.fidelity.com/ftgw/OFX/clients/download end-point.

What’s the actual error code and at what point during the connection attempt is it issued?
