This has happened a number of times. I open a Reconcile popup and the date and starting balance are incorrect and I'm unable to change it nor am I able to finish. There also seems to be no way to deal with the remainder except to put in a false entry so that I can finish reconciling. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
