[GNC] Incorrect Starting Balance in Reconcile Popup

In reading through this chain, I notice no one told Richard you CAN change
the starting date on the way into the reconciliation screen.  Sometimes
that will solve your worry.  I have LOTS of experience with that.  😏  You
*are* balancing to your statement after all.  I've noticed that sometimes
it changes the starting balance for me.  After that, work on the ending
balance.
