[GNC] Two accounts with same name in same Trading account

It likely won't matter to GnuCash as different accounts are identified
internally by UUIDs not so much by the account name but it could cause
havoc with interpreting your books.

If the accounts serve the same purpose and were created accidentally,
then if you delete one of the accounts it will ask you where any
transactions with entries to that account should be posted, to which
you can specify the other account. Gnucash will then transfer the
transactions before deleting the account. I would give them distinct
names before doing this even just by tacking an "a" and "b" onto the
account names so you can be clear which one you are deleting and which
one you are keeping and transferring the transactions to.
