[GNC] Bugzilla Admin - New Account Request

request to the general GnuCash mailing list here and requesting a new 
Bugzilla account.

My initial objective is to research the previous bug reports for 
possible earlier references to the omission of including the Register 
Style flag (Basic, Auto-split, Transaction Journal) when Column Widths 
are being saved.  It's possible that any existing bug report may need to 
be updated.  Or if there's no existing reports, I may be adding a new RFE.
