[GNC] Removing old transactions

Sorry if the below step wasn't clear.

You only need to create new Opening Balance transactions for those 
accounts that had a non-zero balance *after* deleting the newer 
transactions. Thus, you'd mimic what would have been done had you made 
the cutoff in files 2 years ago.
