[GNC] ANNOUNCE: (Re) GnuCash 5.14 Released

I just tried to install 5.14 windows 11 but when I tried to open the
program, I get an error entry point not found "The procedure entry point
pthread_cond_timedwait32 could not be located in the dynamic link library
C:\Program Files(x86)\gnucash\bin\libjavascriptcoregtk-3.0-0.dll. followed
by The procedure entry point  clock gettime32 could not be located in the
dynamic link library C:\Program  Files(x86)\gnucash\bin\libstdc++-6.dll.

Norton says it contains a trojan, quarantines the win version.
