[GNC] Problems installing GnuCash 5.14 with Anti-virus software.

If you looked at some earlier posts, this was discussed; if I remember
correctly, John R said it  was due to GnuCash not having a signing
certificate (which is more trouble to get than it helps). If you downloaded
GnuCash from GnuCash site, you're probably fine.
