Sometimes a folder delete will fail because files or folders are open in some process and so cannot be removed. Often a reboot enables a clean folder delete, killing the problem processes and closing their file attachments. Under Unix, I used fuser on stubborn files to find what process I needed to kill (task manager in win), and i am sure Win 11 has a similar facility!

Renaming the folder is another way to ensure the folder is rebuilt by the installer, and then, maybe after a reboot, you may find that you can delete the old folder.
