[GNC] Accidentally unreconclied a transaction - how to mark reconciled again?

Ah, same account *and* same 'line' or 'split'. Indeed, yes, GnuCash will 
enter the difference as a positive amount in the proper column but not 
retain both unless they are on separate lines. (that 'same line' part 
wasn't in your original reply)
