[GNC] Accidentally unreconclied a transaction - how to mark reconciled again?

Until I caught that I'd swapped the amounts, I was headed that direction.
 It took more than a couple of events before I realized that I was
expecting the auto-duped splits to be in the other order.  Found out only
at reconciliation time.

Finally realized what was happening but sure had me chasing my tail more
than a few times.
