[GNC] Gnucash download insufficient permissions

I agree with what you say; I'm just saying that such was not my case: my
Windows download never started. The ONLY thing I did was to change the
mirror site from my default (Miami) to another location (New York), and it
downloaded just fine. It installed without any problems (needed admin
permissions), and came up just fine.
I can only conclude that the Miami mirror had some kind of issue.
