[GNC] Reconciliation has transfer funds popup

If it is a credit card account check Preferences/Register/Reconciling/Automatic Credit card payment.  Otherwise, check the account itself.  If you edit the account check the bottom to see if Auto Interest Transfer is checked.

Subject: [GNC] Reconciliation has transfer funds popup

This is something I haven't seen before.  When I complete my reconciliation
of an account I get a popup to transfer funds even though there weren't any
transactions with a different currency or commodity.

This is in a flatpak release 5.14 instance in Linux Mint.

I cannot figure out if it has been mentioned here recently or if it is
new.  Have others seen this?
