YES!  The issue was preferences.  Thank you!

Note:  Set for "prior year," the report was for CY2023.  I re-set for
current year, and (though today is in 2025), it showed what I want,
CY2024.  Perhaps the request for a full year has system determine that the
most recent full year was CY2024.
