[GNC] Tax Schedule Report Options

In looking at the Tax Schedule Report, it appears that
both Sched D and Sched D(0) are in the same total.


In a dividend income account:
Start with Tax Info column of: Sched D: Dividend, ...
Change (via Edit: Tax Report Options) to Sched B: Interest income
The Tax Info column now shows: Sched B(0): Interest income
Change (via Edit: Tax Report Options) to Sched D: Dividend, ...
The Tax Info column now shows: Sched D(0): Dividend, ...

So, it looks like changing (or adding) tax info ends up with (0) added.
