[GNC] URGENT help needed

It appears we are seeing all these messages on the list the past few days
because of the OTHER situation where GnuCash leaves a lock file -- when it
terminates abnormally. ("Crashes.")

Unfortunately Apple has apparently pushed out a MacOS update that is
incompatible with older versions of GnuCash, so the solution is to upgrade
to the latest, version 5.10. Even more unfortunately, the process is
further complicated by each Mac user needing to know what kind of processor
their computer uses in order to download the version of GnuCash that runs
on it.
