This is a Windows/Linux networking question, not specific to GnuCash per se.

To make a Windows 10 folder accessible to a Linux PC, you'll need to set 
up network sharing on Windows and configure proper access permissions.

Prerequisites
* Both computers must be on the same network
* Administrator privileges on Windows
* Basic networking knowledge

How Windows-Linux file sharing works:
1. Windows uses SMB/CIFS protocol for file sharing
2. Linux uses Samba to communicate with Windows shares
3. Two levels of permissions exist:
3.1. Share-level permissions
3.2. NTFS filesystem permissions
