[GNC] Budget data disappeared in 4.14

Hi Larry/GnuCash users,
Glad to hear that issue was resolved.
https://gnucash.org/download.phtml - the current version of GnuCash is
5.10, but it looks like you are using 4.14, is there a reason that you
have not upgraded yet?
