[GNC] Problem getting Finance::Quote working

Hi Tomas, David, & GnuCash users, 

https://gnucash.org/download.phtml - it looks like the current version
of GnuCash is 5.10. 

Tomas: what operating system are you using? While I'm not sure if it has
any effect on the issue you are experiencing, it is probably a good idea
to state the OS & version # as well as the GnuCash version # in any asks
for help on this mailing list.
