[GNC] .OFX import matcher crash

FWIW I've been using GnuCash many years mainly on MS windows. I
generally updated it and import the various.OFX  bank accounts once per
year in January.

While using windows I had the files on onedrive. As I've switched from
MS Windows to linux desktop I copied the files to my own Nextcloud and
pointed gnucash there. I successfully imported several .OFX files with
the Generic Transaction Import Matcher Window appearing allowing me to
adjust transactions and saving.

Then I imported a previously imported .OFX file as I have in the past
because it often picks up additional transactions. This time the Generic
Transaction Import Matcher Window did not appear and several moments
later gnucash abnormally terminated. I can reopen gnucash and use it for
instance to produce reports. I've tried the .OFX import a couple times
including with new different account .OFX files but they all fail with
the abnormal end.
