That’s (a) the temporary reflection of www.gnucash.org <http://www.gnucash.org/> from last year when the main site was down for a while and (b) a *very* old version of the manual.

The manual URL is just like the guide URL, https://www.gnucash.org/docs/v5/C/gnucash-manual/index.html.
