The place to bookmark is https://www.gnucash.org/docs.phtml that has nice links to the Guide and Manual in all of the available languages and formats.
Speaking of available languages, the Italian and Japanese translations haven’t been updated in more than 10 years. That’s a great way to contribute for anyone fluent in either language.
