[GNC] correct a mistake early

I created a name for my folder and did not set up a holder file to keep 
things out of my document folder.  How do retreat back and do this 
properly?  I am watching a video "How to setup gnucash business 
accounting files aka the chart of accounts via the the busy bee post.  
This is my mistake, but the video does not allow me to correct it.  I 
would like to delete the file set up and then set it up properly as per 
the video.  Thank you....b³
